HP Pavilion 14-al000, 14-av000, 15-au500, 15-au000, 15-aw000, 15-bc000, OMEN by HP 15-ax000 and HP 17-w000 Notebook PCs - Volume Level Changes Automatically and Decreases to a Low Level

The volume level changes automatically and decreases to a very low level. Changing the volume level rapidly during audio playback causes the audio to be distorted.
