Unsatisfied

I have been using this for over a year and all i had are troubles while printing. Of the 50 photos printed 26 of them were spoilt in one way or the other. Sometimes half the photo wouldn’t print other time it would move down and part of the photo would be cut. And sometimes previous photos reprint on its own while a new photo is set to print. I have only had bad experience with the device and software.
Though the photos that came good were of good quality. I have had more bad prints than good prints. I wish i didn’t buy this.

Pretty much outdated and featureless app design

I own a hp sprocket 2 in 1 and regret it because the camera quality is like VGA camera for the money what I pay for this 2 in 1 over a sprocket without camera. Adding to that the app also is missing vital things.

1) No option to view, transfer or edit photos that are in the device memory card.
Tell me what’s the use of having a handy printer paired with a smartphone while I need a laptop to transfer photos to my mobile in order to edit them and print.

2) No Option to select the print quality.

3) No Option to set default edit setting for the photos taken through the camera, i.e., settings like basic frames, colour correction, brightness and contrast.

Hi Chandarasekar, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, transferring photos from the memory card would be very slow over a Bluetooth connection. You can connect your Sprocket 2-in-1 and mobile device to a computer and copy or transfer the files from the memory card onto your mobile device, which I believe you are already doing. What are the other print quality options would you want to see? We have recommendations on things to do to improve print quality. We will share your feedback with the team. :)
